Study of Arizona foster children’s education achievement not encouraging

“This is a report that looks at a lot of data,” said Michelle Traiman, director of FosterEd, a national non-profit serving foster youth. The group raised funding for the report. “There are humans, there are young people behind this data, and their voices, their stories are not just what makes it come alive, but helps us comprehend what the heck we need to do,” Traiman said.
